MILES SAND & GRAVEL COMPANY. Miles Sand & Gravel Company, a 4 th generation family owned business, started in Auburn, WA in the early 1940’s. The initial 18 acre site, located at the intersections of 12 th & M Street SE, was expanded over the years as adjacent parcels became available. The corporate office was at this location until 2010 when the office operations were moved to Puyallup.
